What WET week is
During the We Explore Together week, students from different programmes work together on a question from a client. In one week they come up with ideas and solutions. On Friday they present their results to the client and others involved.
The assignments at KAAP
Four groups work at KAAP. Water2Energy asks how you can track what fish do around the tidal turbine. ORE Netwerk Zeeland is looking for ways to get more young people excited about a programme in wind energy. The assignments are linked to projects that are already running at KAAP.
What is tested at KAAP
KAAP is de werkplek van vier studentengroepen. Ze werken hier aan opdrachten die horen bij projecten die al bij KAAP lopen, zoals de getijdenturbine van Water2Energy.

Testing and demonstrating inspection drones
Terra Inspectioneering builds drones that inspect storage tanks, chimneys and bridges from the inside, so nobody has to climb to height. In the development and demo space at KAAP they test new technology, show it to clients and train their pilots.

EGG, an egg that opens the conversation about transition
Studio Puck van Dijk built and tested a 4.5 metre high interactive artwork at KAAP. EGG responds to touch, sound and movement and stands in three places in Vlissingen this autumn, to talk with residents about the changes around them.
